"When I first heard of staging a home for sale, I thought to myself: "Preposterous. It’s a house's size, architecture, price and location that sells!" However, I was brought along for a day of staging, in late October and my mind has been changed since. At first the house looked as though somebody had been living there, and had kept it in good shape and clean, it looked like anybody’s house. The change made, after the staging was completed, was undeniable.

The house began to look very inviting, and showed that the living spaces held endless possibilities for furniture and decorating, instead of a room that appeared set in its ways. There was a lot of work put into the staging process. Things that, at first, seemed irrelevant were worked on for hours, under Amie's supervision. Although I did not see the point, I did see a dramatic change once these certain jobs were completed and complimenting each other inside the home. Bravo Amie, you truly are a Staging Grand Dragon."
